Who does not know it? One would like to stretch, but the soil is full prickly weed and also the possibilities are limited ... What holds for the stretching thus? The good old tree!

I enjoy the good weather and the nice day on Majorca and use this possibility to stretch my body outside surrounded by the island’s beautiful nature. Wearing my skin-tight black body and a pair of hot pants I train my flexibility.

***ay it’s all about becoming a flexible back. So I find myself lying on the floor, trying to get my head to my butt and doing bridges. A flexible back definitely is hard work!
